Welcome to Food Palace. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

This website is intended for customers to browse the menu, place food orders, and access restaurant services. You agree not to misuse the site for any unlawful activities.

1.3 Food Orders & Acceptance
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS/Email.
  • Orders are subject to availability of items and restaurant operating hours.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or operational issues.
1.4 Pricing & Payment
  • All prices are displayed in INR and include or exclude taxes as applicable.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
1.5 Food Quality & Allergens
  • We ensure hygienic preparation and packaging of food.
  • Customers must check ingredients and notify us of allergies before placing an order.
1.6 Limitation of Liability
  • We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

2. Shipping / Delivery Policy

2.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver food only within the serviceable locations mentioned on our website.

2.2 Delivery Time

Average delivery time is 30–90 minutes, depending on the order size and location. Unexpected delays (traffic, weather, festival rush) may occur.

2.3 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before confirming the order.

2.4 Proof of Delivery

Customers may be required to provide OTP or signature at the time of delivery.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders once placed cannot be canceled by the customer, as food is prepared fresh.

3.2 Cancellation by Restaurant

Your order may be canceled if:

  • Item is unavailable
  • The restaurant is closed
  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors
  • Delivery location is unserviceable
3.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in these situations:

  • Order canceled by the restaurant
  • Payment deducted but order not confirmed
  • Wrong item delivered / food not delivered
3.4 Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
